More and more customers today are looking for totally integrated test and measurement solutions. Starting with the acquisition of real data in the field through simulation and test, to frequency and time domain analysis, followed by automated report generation.

The acquisition of Dactron Instruments in April 2001 as a first step furnished us with some of the world’s finest shaker controllers and dynamic signal analysers. With the acquisition of Nicolet Technologies and Gould Instruments in late 2003 we added capabilities for high-speed multi channel data acquisition, portable data recording, digital oscilloscopes and related products that are extensively used in industrial and medical research applications. This was a significant step forward in our aim to become a global supplier of fully integrated solutions for the Physical Test and Measurement market. This is why we have chosen to change our name: together we are moving forward as one integrated company - LDS Test and Measurement .
